Wow, new registers going in!!

I had some errands to run and made a stop at Marc’s.  I like to shop there, but its one store that I avoid on weekends because they tend to get pretty crowed and I do not do well with crowds.  It actually makes me feel sick to my stomach.  I like to go through the closeouts when I am in there just to see what they have and sometimes I get some great deals.  Well I can see a lot of people are effected by the economy because the store was more crowded than normal, so more folks home during the day than normal.  When I got up front, man the lines at the registers, were pretty long.  So I stood in line patiently waiting my turn and when I finally get the chance to unload my cart I look over and see they got new POS systems!   They finally have updated!!  I was wondering why most registers had two employees standing there working.  Training as they go, getting use to the new system.  But I am very happy to see this!  I think this will help in the area of check out errors.  I always find a product keyed in wrong, but not this time.  It was a refreshing change!!
